Scrubs by Web I Weave

Dead cells cause the skin to become tight and crusty if they are not removed. These dead skin cells, that would otherwise become hard, are removed with an exfoliating scrub. Exfoliation eliminates dry, flaky skin to reveal the supple, soft skin underneath. Dirt and bacteria that can accumulate over time are also removed from the pores. Because salt has antibacterial properties, it can help keep your skin bacteria-free and avoid itching. The same abrasive friction between the salt and the skin that exfoliates also promotes blood circulation. That's what gives the skin a pink, appealing glow after a scrub. The combination of Avocado oil, Grapeseed oil, Coconut oil, and Vitamin E oil provides a good balance of nutrition and moisture for your skin. When it comes to deciding between salt and sugar scrubs, it all comes down to personal preference. If you want a product that exfoliates gently, go with sugar. If you want to add detoxifying advantages, salt is the way to go.

Salt Scrubs
The Benefits: Salt scrubs not only exfoliate, they can detoxify the body.

Salt scrubs function in the same way that sugar scrubs do in that they buff away dead skin cells physically. Salt scrubs, on the other hand, offer the added benefit of aiding in the removal of toxins from the body and reducing inflammation. This is why folks who suffer from muscle soreness as a result of sports activity or who are attempting to detox adore salt scrubs. Salt scrubs are beneficial to parts of the body with dry skin, such as the feet, hands, elbows, and legs.

Himalayan salt is known for boosting circulation, deep exfoliating, and easing the tightness and pain in muscles. Sea salt is full of minerals and nutrients that are beneficial to healthy skin.

The Downside: It may irritate sensitive skin. Not suggested for the face or other sensitive areas.

Sugar Scrubs
The Benefits: They're gentler on the skin, are better for the face, and can be used on the entire body.

Sugar scrubs work as a manual exfoliator, physically eliminating dead skin cells and revealing new, luminous skin beneath. However, don't expect a sugar scrub to provide many other benefits. They're fantastic for physical exfoliation, but that's about the only thing they're good for. Calcium, iron, magnesium, and potassium are all elements found in unrefined cane sugar, which nourish and renew your skin. Sugar scrubs have one major advantage over salt scrubs, and that is the fact that they do not sting. We've all made the mistake of using a salt scrub on freshly shaven legs or a sunburn, only to be stinging. Sugar scrubs are popular among shavers for this reason. Sugar scrubs are ideal for those who have sensitive skin.

Additional benefit these sugar scrubs are made with natural ingredients and are not toxic if consumed.

The Downside: They do not do anything for the skin other than exfoliate and add moisture.
