Meet the Cat Colony
I am currently caring for a colony of cats way back in the country in Arkansas.
Some have been abandoned by their owners, some are just strays that wonder through, and others are the offspring of the momma cats.
At feeding time, I have anywhere from 10 to 20 cats. I feed the cats twice a day and try to keep dry food out for those just passing though.
The cats are always in need of food and bedding. They also love to have treats and toys.
I have started a Amazon Wishlist of items for the cats if anyone would like to buy stuff for the cats.
I do not have a set place for the cats to live so they are spread out between my porch, the garage, and various out buildings.
I would love to have one building for the cats to stay so they are safe from the dangers of country living.
Unfortunately, some stray dogs came through in January and killed one of the kittens and another 2 kittens have disappeared.
The area where these cats live have bears, bob cats, mountain lions, wolves, coyotes, hawks, owls, and even eagles.
If you would like to show your support for these cats, I do accept donations through PayPal.
All dontations will go toward the care of these cats. Food, medical care, and de-sexing are the main needs of the colony at this time.
Below are just a few of the cats that I care for in this colony.
